Agapanthus africanus, extrait de la série Portrait de Citadines, exposée à la galerie En Face d'Angers, France (17 juillet - 13 septembre 2015).
Avec la série Portrait de Citadines, j'ai souhaité mettre en vedette la biodiversité de nos villes : ces plantes que nous croisons chaque jour sans les remarquer. Du coquelicot qui pousse entre deux pavés au lys planté par la mairie, toutes ces citadines sont les vedettes de ces portraits capturés exclusivement en studio et en noir et blanc.

Agapanthus africanus, extract from the Citizen Portraits series, exhibited at the En Face gallery Angers, France (July 17th - September 13th, 2015).
With Citizen Portraits, I intended to spotlight the biodiversity of our cities : those plants we come across everyday without noticing them. From the poppy growing in between two pavements to the lily planted by the city department, all those citizens are the stars of these portraits, shot exclusively in studio and in black and white.
